How to read QC photos

QC (quality check) photos are real photos of your item, taken by your agent's warehouse after it arrives from the seller and before it ships to you. They're your chance to catch problems while returns are still easy.
The 5-point checklist
- Logos and prints. Compare size, position and font with retail photos of the same item. Embroidery should be dense and clean; prints sharp, not blurry or cracked.
- Stitching. Look for straight, even stitching along seams, hems and pockets, and no loose threads or glue marks (on shoes check around the sole).
- Colour. Compare with the listing. Warehouse lighting can shift colours slightly, so compare against the other items in the same photo if unsure.
- Size tag and measurements. Make sure the size label matches what you ordered. Many agents photograph the item on a measuring mat — compare against the size chart.
- Defects. Stains, holes, scratches on hardware, uneven dye, wrong accessories.
GL or RL?
On forums you'll see GL (green light — ship it) and RL (red light — return or exchange). Post your QC photos in our Discord if you want a second opinion.

- Sneakers: shape from the side, toe box, heel, logo depth, size tag inside the tongue.
- Jackets: zips, snaps and pulls, fill on puffers, patches and badges.
- Knitwear and tees: knit texture, neck labels, embroidery density.
- Bags: hardware engraving, edge stitching, lining.
